Use of Work
Performer agrees that the Sack Business Alliance and Northern NJ Community Foundation’s ArtsBergen initiative has the right to display, copy, distribute and use Performer’s submission and any photographs and video footage taken of Performer’s performance for educational, promotional, advertising, or other purposes that support their non-profit work and missions. Credit will be given whenever possible.
Indemnification
Performer agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Sack Business Alliance, The Northern NJ Community Foundation/ArtsBergen, and the City of Hackensack, its members and agents from any and all liability for damages, for injury to the person or property of its owner or another and against and from all suits and actions and all costs and damages including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and loss of business claims to which the City of Hackensack may be put resulting from use of City locations. The cost of any special cleaning or damage to the grounds, due to Performer’s event, will be charged to the Performer.
